HI, I’M SKY.
A Little About Me
I’m a wedding and couples photographer, a USC film graduate, and a storyteller at heart. I’m drawn to the way films can turn ordinary, fleeting moments into something cinematic, and that perspective continuously shapes the way I photograph people. I love natural light, open landscapes, movement, and the in-between moments that happen before anyone has time to pose.
After seven years and over 50 weddings across the country, I now call Los Angeles home and proudly photograph love throughout Southern California. In my opinion, it’s one of the most beautiful places in the world. Whether we're running barefoot through a field, soaking up the last light on the coast, or sneaking away from your reception for five quiet minutes together, I want your photographs to feel like an honest reflection of the people, places, and moments that made your day yours.
My Approach
I’m not interested in making you spend your wedding performing for the camera. I want you to enjoy your day, forget that you’re being photographed, and leave with images that feel like you — which is why my approach blends pure documentary style with posed, editorial moments.
However, I know not everyone feels naturally comfortable in front of a camera, which is why making my couples feel at ease is just as important to me as creating beautiful photographs. I’ll always give you a starting point when you need guidance, then step back and let your relationship take over. Some of my favorite feedback has been hearing that couples genuinely had fun during their portraits or that they forgot they were even nervous in the first place. You’re happy and in love! That is the center of everything.
I’m the person behind the camera, but you are the reason the story is worth telling. My job is to give you enough direction to feel confident, enough space to be yourselves, and photographs that bring you right back to how it all felt.
